Booking Periods

Weekly Bookings

From Friday night to Thursday night inclusive (7 nights).

Short Stays

can be either 3 nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) or 4 nights (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

The exceptions to this are Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year

Payment

Booking more than two months before stay:

A deposit of 50% of the full amount. Balance due two months before your stay.

Booking less than two months before stay:

Total balance to be paid. We accept direct transfer, sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel for any reason you will be liable for a cancellation charge so you may wish to take out an insurance cover.

Every effort will be made to change your booking date, if necessary, to a mutually convenient time. There will be no additional charges for this service.

The following cancellation charges will apply:

More than 60 days before start date:
50% of the total rental

60 to 30 days before start date:
75% of the total rental

30 days or less to start date:
100% of the total rental
